TBDLimo & Limousine Service Policies
Cash or Credit Card (American Express, Visa, Master Charge and Discover) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method. Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed with TBDLimo by the customer, its agents, and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the customer and will reflect costs including but not limited to trip charges, tolls, parking, gratuity and Fuel Surcharge. Upon credit approval, TBDLimo will invoice clients upon completion of the reserved transportation with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Invoicing is contingent upon an executed Credit Card Authorization Form to be held on file to apply charges not honored in a timely manner. A late charge of $25.00 will be added to all credit card processed invoices if payment fails to reach us within 25 days from invoice date.
A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity, tolls will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than two hours before the scheduled pick up time . TBDLimo is not responsible for passenger flights, which are missed, canceled, diverted, and delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy. We will exact our best effort to fulfill client needs, in these instances, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings, without detriment to other reserved clients.
The full rate for the vehicle ordered plus all out of pocket expenses including but not limited to parking and tolls will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated meeting area. If you cannot locate your chauffeur you must call TBDLimo at 973-510-1955 . To avoid being billed a no show you must not leave your pickup location without communicating with TBDLimo.
TBDLimo monitors all commercial flight arrivals and will adjust the pickup time accordingly. TBDLimo will grant a 30 minute grace period for domestic flight arrivals, 45 minutes for international flight arrivals, 10 minutes for FBO , private aviation, and all other transfers. TBDLimo does not track trains or private aviation for delays. For commercial flight arrivals the grace period begins when the plane lands on the ground, we greet you, wait for your luggage and leave the terminal. If your chauffeur waits longer than the provided grace period wait time charges will apply. Wait time charges: After the grace period is over the client will be billed back the initial grace time in addition to any additional time at a rate of $1.00 per minute for sedans, $1.50 per minute for SUVs, and $2.00 per minute for vans , stretch SUVs and buses.Additional stops for flat rate service in route to the final destination are $25.00 for sedans, SUVs, and vans and are $50.00 for stretch limousines, stretch SUVs, and buses. A 10 minute wait time is included on all stops. All stops that are not in route to the final destination will be billed in the office.
An early am fee of $20.00 will be applied for all trips between 11:00pm- 6:00am. A $10.00 Charge applies for Child seats & boosters. A holiday fee of $25.00 will be applied on all of the following holidays;

- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve after 4 pm
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve after 4 pm
Lost and Found Policy
TBDLimo Services, or its drivers, are not responsible for lost or stolen items. TBDLimo Services will make all possible attempts to retrieve and return.
Special Amenities Policy
Our professional chauffeurs provide ice, soft drinks and bottled water for all passengers and if requested ahead of time, a bottle of Apple Cider. Client agrees that any passenger under 21 years of age shall not consume alcoholic beverages. TBDLimo Services also strongly suggests the use of seat belts while the vehicle is in motion. Other Policies Client agrees that no illegal drugs will be used, transported.
Client agrees that no illegal drugs will be used, transported or consumed in our vehicle(s). Clients agree that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. In case of misconduct or Drug use by Client or their party, or if Driver is or feels threatened, Driver has the right to terminate limousine service and this agreement without any refunds and drop all passengers off at the nearest safe location. Client holds ATBDLimo Services harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of Client and/or their party. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by Client or their party during service, either willfully or accidentally. Any actions that cause damage on our vehicle(s) can result in extra charge, at least $ 100.00 or more. If anything is lost or stolen inside the vehicle, there is a $100.00 minimum replacement fee. If anyone gets sick and vomits on the inside or outside the vehicle, there is a $ 300.00 minimum clean up fee. Replacement of the carpet will be charged to your credit card if the vomit cannot be completely removed. If passengers are minors, the divider stays open and a phone number(s) of one or more of the minors' parents must be provided to the driver prior to the start of service. If any under age drinking or drug use occurs, the service will be terminated immediately with no refund. The minors will be returned to the nearest safe location and the parents will be called.
